Sand and Cement Screed.
The Mixamate mixed on site sand and cement screed is ideal for a wide range of general flooring and roofing applications. Utilising our weigh batched computer controlled Conqueror machine a consistent quality screed is guaranteed and with each batch including a retardant the mix maintains its workability for 6-8 hours, allowing you sufficient time to place and finish.
Suitable for use on:
* ground floor slabs
* pre cast concrete units and beams
* suspended floors, or
* as a topping to lightweight screeds and insulation.
Fibre Screed.
Fibre screed has been developed to meet the increasing demand for factory-mixed cement sand screeds of all mix designs incorporating an even dispersion of polypropylene fibres. The inclusion of our purpose made fibres can help provide a more cohesive mix whilst assisting with the control of cracking caused by intrinsic stresses.
Fibre screeds are ideally suitable for use in industrial areas, hospitals, offices, superstores and compatible for use with under-floor heating systems.

Mixamate Concrete and Screed Service
Our company aims at Mixamate Concrete & Screed are to not only meet but to exceed our customer’s expectations, so we are pleased to announce the introduction of the Mixamate screed pump operator service. Since joining the Mixamate team our new Screed Business Manager Mark Wells has initiated a programme whereby several of our Mixamate driver operators have now under gone the necessary training to the required standard to safely operate and control a screed pump, and are now fully qualified to carry out this additional service. This service is now available to all our customers requiring a screed pump to transport their screed from the Mixamate vehicle to the discharge point. The Mixamate operator will produce the floor screed within our mobile batching plant and deliver the material by conveyor directly into the screed pump. Once the pump is full he will then operate the pump on behalf of the customer to the required destination and will carry on doing so until the exact amount of screed required has been dispatched to site. Our screed pump operator service is not only a labour saving benefit, by freeing up the person that would normally be required by our customers to operate the screed pump, but more importantly having the peace of mind that a trained operator is in control of your pump. Mixamate Concrete and Screed have formed a close working relationship with a specialist screed pump hire company who supply the latest Putzmeister M760 screed pump for hire to screeders right across the country. We have secured competitive hire rates for our customers and you can be assured of a professional, reliable and competitive service.
