A quick line following a productive day and satisfactory day on site.
I rang and spoke with Millie at 08.30 on Wednesday morning to be given all the answers to my questions and quotation for 6 cubic metres of C25 mix and the use of a dumper.
Millie allowed me to provisionally book an 11.00 till 13.00 slot the next day. So long as I rang back to confirm following building controls visit that morning.
(Compliments to a very informative website that allowed me to research your services, options to overcome difficult access and calculator to work out how many cubic metres was needed.)
I duly rang back by lunchtime and confirmed the job. Again Millie was helpful, pleasant and efficient in confirming the arrangements and credit card payment.
My driver was David who phoned ahead of his arrival time to keep me informed of what time he would be at the site. David was understanding of my request on how to keep the highway clear and still passable by the bus route. Despite a badly running dumper (it cut out on David after every tip just after he put into reverse) the foundations were filled efficiently and required very little work from myself.
Both Millie and David were both professional in their roles and a credit to your company. I would not hesitate in recommending Mixamate to any other developer or friend.

I was most impressed when you delivered concrete for the base of a large Summerhouse in my back garden. On that occasion in February 2006 your mini-dumper was brilliant! A few photos are attached.

I thought I would write to express my total satisfaction with a delivery of 4 tons of MixaMate Screed on Sat 31/10/2009. Most importantly the quality of the screed was
superb, clearly well mixed, concrete rich and totally even. Chris the driver was most supportive and unpressurising. Three friends barrowed 4 tons in 30 minutes from the
start of the first mix. The retarder worked brilliantly and we completed the 32m floor some 6 hours later. I would use your service again without doubt and would assure

Just a quick email to thank you / Mixamate for an excellent job last Friday.
While we didn’t succeed with the mini dumper, we managed to barrow the 3 and a bit cubic meters of concrete in an hour or so. Your driver (I think he was called Trevor) got a good mix going, and barrowed more than his share of concrete through to the garden. He also called us to a halt at just the right time, with no excess concrete to bag up at the end of the delivery! All done by 9.30am. We are now well on our way to getting the cabin erected, on a perfect concret base. If anyone asks, I’ll definitely pass on your details.

I write to express my sincere thanks for the service provided by the Uxbridge depot of your company on 2nd November. I needed the material for a base for a gazebo. The driver arrived within the time frame predicted at the time of the order; I’m afraid I didn’t discover his name at the time, but I see from the invoice that he is ‘Ozzy’. Being aware that it was my responsibility to ‘deliver’ the concrete from the roadside to the site, I had enlisted the help of my wife, my neighbour’s wife and my daughter. The weight of wet concrete (1cubic meter) was something of a surprise to us and, without the advise and help of Ozzy, we would have struggled to achieve the result so expeditiously. In the event we achieved the firm level base required by the company who are providing and installing the gazebo. Obviously, I thanked Ozzy at the time, but I would like my appreciation to be placed on ‘official’ record. I will certainly recommend Mixamate to anyone I know who needs this product.
